Senseo Mild - coffee pods - 48 pieces

Senseo Mild sits at the gentle end of the coffee pods range: a soft, easy cup for a Senseo pad machine, without the bite of a darker roast. One box holds 48 pods.

How it tastes

The beans are Arabica and lightly roasted, and that is where the mildness comes from: a short roast leaves more of the bean's own fruit in the cup and less of the bitterness that develops later in the drum. What you get is a gentle coffee with a light fruity aftertaste, under the layer of crema the Senseo system pushes up. It takes milk well and holds its own black.

Using the pods

One pod in the holder, close the lid, press the button. The coffee is already ground and dosed, so there is nothing to weigh, grind or tamp, and the used pod lifts straight out afterwards. These are the standard round pads the Senseo system uses, so they fit any Senseo pad machine.
