This is curry soup in powder form, one sachet to a mug. The flavour is mild: coriander seed, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamom and a little chilli, so you get warmth and depth without real heat. Carrot, vermicelli rings and small croutons give it something to chew on, and the recipe is suitable for a vegetarian diet.
Preparation
- Sprinkle the contents of one sachet into a mug or cup.
- Add 175 ml of boiling water.
- Stir briefly.
- Ready to drink.
The 21 sachets sit in a compact dispenser box that stands on a worktop or in a cupboard, and the foil around each sachet is recyclable.

Granulated potato starch (potato starch, dried glucose syrup), whole milk powder, 8.4% herbs and spices (6.1% curry powder (coriander seeds, 1.6% turmeric, black pepper, cumin, fenugreek seeds, chilli, cardamom), toasted onion powder, 0.8% chives, 0.1% parsley), sea salt, 5.9% vermicelli rings (WHEAT semolina, salt), sugar, 5.1% croutons (WHEAT flour, palm oil, salt, yeast, antioxidant (E392)), yeast extract, natural flavourings, 3% carrot, sunflower oil, mushroom powder, thickener (E412), acidifier (E330).
