Lazarro Barista Caffè Crema is built around the crema, the golden layer that sits on a well-pulled shot and a fair sign the extraction went the way it should. The blend of arabica and robusta is lightly roasted in Bolsward in the Netherlands, and the robusta is doing the heavy lifting: it carries the body that holds that layer together.

How it tastes

Mild, with chocolate and a little spice behind it.
