Yes. Dallmayr Crema d'Oro mild and fine consists of whole, medium roasted arabica beans. They are not oily, which keeps the grinder and the ground coffee chute of your bean to cup machine clean. Dark roasted, oily beans tend to cause more problems there.

The coffee is intended for caffè crema, café crème or Schümli, exactly the cups a bean to cup machine makes. It is also suitable for espresso, filter coffee and cappuccino.

Yes. For Dallmayr Crema d'Oro, fine arabica beans are carefully matched to one another and gently roasted. There is no robusta in it.

You notice that in the cup: arabica gives a softer, milder and finer aroma. Robusta would give more body and spice, but also more bitterness. If you are looking for a distinctly strong, bitter espresso, a blend with robusta is a better choice.

Unopened, the beans stay good until the best before date on the pack. Once the pack is open, the coffee loses aroma through contact with oxygen. So close the bag properly and only grind the amount you need at that moment.
