What is the ideal grind size and brewing method for these coffee beans?
These coffee beans can be ground slightly coarser than other beans in our range, especially if you are using an espresso machine (such as a Sage Barista Express). For espresso, a brewing time of 25 seconds for 30 ml is recommended. Due to the balanced flavours, the bean is suitable for both espresso and cappuccino, but for larger cappuccinos a slightly stronger bean may be desirable.
Is the Aurora Mundo coffee roasted fresh every week?
Because we produce Aurora Mundo completely separately from our other coffees, it is not freshly roasted every week. The current roast date is always listed on the product page, so you know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
Can I also use these descaling tablets for my kettle?
Yes, these tablets are also suitable for descaling kettles and other hot water appliances. Please ensure that the appliance has an acid-resistant surface.
Which flavour characteristics can I expect from this coffee?
This coffee is known for its powerful and distinctive flavour with light to medium roasted notes. Due to the blend of different coffee origins, the taste is full and balanced, with possibly a slight fruitiness and a mild bitterness.
What flavour profile does the Aurora Mundo coffee have and how intense is it?

What makes the Auro - Saloy - 70% dark chocolate unique compared to other dark chocolates?
The Auro - Saloy - 70% pure chocolate is made from cacao sourced from the remote mountain region of Saloy, near Davao City on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. The combination of crystal-clear spring water, the tropical rainforest climate, and the special selection of beans from a single estate creates a unique, vibrant, and dynamic flavour that is characteristic of this region.
What does it mean that this coffee has a low acidity?

How intense is the flavour of these beans and who are they most suitable for?
