Why is there no VAT on my invoice?

For business orders within the EU (outside the Netherlands), the VAT reverse charge mechanism (reverse charge / autoliquidation) is applied. VAT is then not shown on the invoice because it must be declared by the customer. Check that your VAT number is correctly listed in your account.
