Gimoka Gusto Ricco

Gusto Ricco is built for body. Gimoka roasts the blend in the traditional Italian style, which is why the shot pours under a thick, creamy crema and why the cup carries as much weight as it does. At 13 out of 13 it is as strong as our scale goes, so treat it as a proper bar espresso rather than an all-day mild coffee.

How it tastes

Full and rounded, with warm notes of cocoa and lightly roasted nuts. The finish stays put instead of dropping away after a swallow. Strong is not the same as harsh here: the blend is balanced as well as bold, and there is no burnt edge to it.

How to use it
