How to brew Lazarro Caffè Crema

Lazarro Caffè Crema is intended first of all for a lungo, an espresso-style coffee run with more water for a longer, lighter cup. The beans also make a good caffè crema, a mild espresso, a cappuccino or a latte macchiato.

In a bean-to-cup machine the beans are ground fresh for every cup, so you can tip them straight into the hopper. With a semi-automatic espresso machine you grind them yourself, fine enough for espresso. For a filter machine or a cafetière, grind the beans first: medium for filter, coarse for a cafetière.
