Smart mode

How you use it

For espresso, set the scale on the drip tray with your cup on top. When the shot starts, the timer runs and you see time and weight in the cup side by side. For pour-over, put your dripper and server on the scale, weigh the ground coffee, then keep an eye on the water-to-coffee ratio while you pour.
