Powerfull and spicy without the grease

Did you know that Italian dark roast espresso's can be really bad for your coffee machine. The dark roast beans are greasy on the outside and this can create a clogging in the machine. The Café du Jour Ottima Qualitá are not dark roast but do have the same punch and spicy taste. This is how we got a dark roast effect without the downsides of a dark roast. The beans are roasted medium-dark. But do have the spicy taste of the dark roast! 

Fitted for normal coffee (crema), espresso, cappuccino and latte

This coffee is the true all terrain vehicle under the coffee's. We looked for a nice balance between sweet sour and bitter. This way we made sure the beans could be used for every coffee, with milk or without.

Ottima Qualita coffee stays fresh and in good taste

The bean-compartement of your coffee machine is never 100% airtight. This way the beans in the machine can slowly lose it's quality. definitely if you don't drink coffee that often. This blend was made and designed to stay fresh and keep the same quality as when you get it delivered. The beans don't lose any taste, even if kept in the machine longer.

Ottima Qualita is fresh roasted coffee

Did you know that coffee from the grocery store can be over a year old when you buy it? Café du Jour breaks this standard. Our coffee is roasted in small batches every week and is never older than four weeks when it's shipped. The date of roast is always listed on the package.

Resealable Coffee packaging.

Whether you decide to buy 250 grams, 500 grams or a kilo coffee beans the packaging will always be resealable. The coffee packaging is provided with a special resealable edge so the packaging is always closed airtight. On the front of the bag is fitted with a filter so air and other gasses can escape the bag without letting air in. This is how we make sure everything is done to save the freshness of your coffee!
