How much ends up in your cup depends on how much tea you use and how long you let it steep, because a shorter steeping time gives less caffeine. Detox Herbs contains liquorice, burdock root, cinnamon, coriander, aniseed, ginger, juniper berries, fennel, dandelion, sage leaf, parsley, black pepper, cloves and turmeric. Vervain is the herbal tea made from verbena, a herb also known as common vervain. The leaves give a bright, citrusy flavour that is surprisingly powerful for a herbal tea.
