Gember Cool contains ginger, lemongrass, liquorice, ginger granules, orange peel, peppermint and black pepper. The ginger and the ginger granules, together with the black pepper, provide the kick, while the peppermint gives the cooling finish. If you have an allergy or want to check the full and current list, look at the label on the packaging.
For the 1000 ml Mizudashi you allow about 80 grams of coarsely ground coffee to 1 litre of cold water. That works out at a ratio of roughly 1 to 12 and gives a ready to drink cold brew.
If you prefer a concentrate that you dilute later with water, milk or ice, use about 125 grams to 1 litre (1 to 8). Put the coffee in the mesh filter and pour the water over it slowly, so that all the coffee gets thoroughly wet.
Count on around 2 grams of loose leaf tea per cup, which is roughly a level teaspoon. Pour water that is just off the boil over the tea and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Because this is loose leaf tea, you need a tea strainer or a filter bag. If you let the tea steep longer, the cup becomes stronger and drier in taste.
That differs per bag. The box contains black and green tea, and these naturally contain caffeine, also known as theine. The rooibos, the fruit tea and the herbal blends in the box are naturally caffeine free. Each bag states which blend it contains, so you can choose per cup.
Yes. The base of this blend consists of oolong and green tea, and both come from the tea plant and therefore contain caffeine. How much ends up in your cup depends on your dose and steeping time: a shorter steeping time gives a lighter cup. If you are looking for something caffeine free, take a look at a herbal or fruit tea.
The ingredient list has one ingredient: 100% cacao. So no sugar, milk or soy has been added and the bar contains no animal ingredients.
If you are allergic or very sensitive, always check the packaging. That is where you will find the manufacturer's allergen information, including any traces from the production process.
The Lazarro Espresso Dark Roast is a darkly roasted blend of arabica and robusta beans. It is strong and aromatic and lends itself well to an intense espresso or a caffè lungo, but also to cappuccino and latte macchiato.
The Lazarro Barista Caffè Crema is also a blend of arabica and robusta, but more lightly roasted. It is milder in taste with notes of chocolate and spices and gives a nice layer of crema. It is intended for cappuccino, latte and lungo. In short: Dark Roast for strong and intense, Caffè Crema for softer and creamier.
Each tin contains 340 grams. At the recommended dose of 28 grams per cup, that works out at about twelve cups per tin.
The trio contains three tins of 340 grams, 1.02 kilos in total. That makes about 36 cups of chai latte. If you use a slightly lighter dose, you will of course get more cups out of it.
The ingredient list of this blend is short: rooibos, lemongrass and marigold petals. The lemongrass provides the fresh citrus note and the marigold petals give the blend its colourful look in the cup. If you have an allergy or want to check the full and current list, always look at the label on the packaging you receive.
illy Classico is the standard, red roast: smooth and balanced. illy Intenso is the dark roast, which used to be called illy Zwart, with a more powerful character and a longer finish. It is the same 100 percent Arabica blend, just roasted darker. With this tasting pack you taste both roasts side by side without having to buy two full packs.
This tasting pack consists of whole coffee beans, 4 x 250 grams. So you need an espresso machine or a bean to cup machine with a grinder, or a separate coffee grinder.
If you are looking for ground coffee, choose one of our ground illy tasting packs. Beans versus ground is the most common mistake when ordering, so do check this before you check out.
We recommend water of around 80 degrees and a steeping time of 2 to 3 minutes, with about 2 grams of tea per cup. Do not pour boiling water over a green tea such as this Sencha, because it will quickly turn bitter and you will lose the soft base underneath the ginger and orange. If you do not have a kettle with a temperature setting, let boiling water cool down for about five minutes before you pour.
The ingredient list is: black tea, lavender blossom and flavouring. The flavouring provides the bergamot note that gives Earl Grey its typical character, while the lavender blossom lays a floral layer underneath.
If you have an allergy, always read the ingredient list on the packaging.
Use 1 tea bag per cup and water at 80 degrees. Let the bag steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
We advise against using boiling water, because it makes green tea bitter. Let the water stand for a few minutes after boiling or use the tea setting on your kettle.
The Lazarro tasting pack contains all four Lazarro blends: Barista Caffè Crema, Espresso Dark Roast, Crema Schümli and Espresso. Of each blend you get 1 kilo of coffee beans, so 4 kilos in total.
That way you taste the complete Lazarro range in one go and can decide which blend becomes your regular choice at home, at the office or in hospitality.
