Use about 2 grams of loose leaf tea per cup and pour boiling water over it. Let the herbs steep for 5 to 8 minutes; a longer steeping time makes herbal tea fuller and not bitter. Cover your cup or pot while it steeps, so the volatile aromas of the blossom are better preserved.
We advise replacing the MAXTRA+ filter cartridge about every four weeks. The BRITA Memo in the lid keeps track of that period for you and shows when it is time. If you use the jug intensively or have very hard water, changing it a little sooner can be sensible.
The blend consists of eighty percent Arabica and twenty percent Robusta. The Arabica provides aroma and refinement, the Robusta adds body and a firm crema.

Fruit tea may be poured over with boiling water. Let the tea steep for around 5 to 8 minutes: the longer the steeping time, the fuller the flavour.
We recommend water of around 80 degrees and a steeping time of 2 to 3 minutes. Boiling water makes green tea bitter and burns the delicate jasmine aroma, so let the kettle stand for a few minutes first. Use around 2 grams of loose leaf tea per cup. If you find it too weak, extend the steeping time rather than using hotter water.
From real cocoa beans mixed through the blend, together with sugared almonds and flavouring. The rooibos and black tea form the base and provide the soft, slightly sweet undertone. There is no chocolate or biscuit in it; you taste the chocolate note, but you are simply drinking tea.
You place the filter in the water tank of your JURA bean to cup machine. Thanks to the Intelligent Water System with RFID technology the machine recognises the filter by itself, so you do not have to change any settings. After that, follow the message on the display of your machine, for example to rinse the filter through. The manual of your JURA is decisive here.
This illy is finely ground for espresso. According to the product information you can use it in an espresso machine, a moka pot and a filter machine. Never put ground coffee in the bean hopper of a bean to cup machine, because that is only for whole beans. The silky crema is characteristic. The taste profile is mild, full and smooth, so a harmonious coffee without sharp bitterness. If you find it too sour in your machine, use a slightly finer grind size or raise the brewing temperature.

If you make espresso, you use about 16 to 20 grams for a double, which works out at some 12 to 15 double espressos. Please note: these are beans and not ground coffee.
Yes. The mango and pineapple pieces are candied and the coconut flakes are sugared, so sugar does come into the blend. In your cup you mainly taste that as a natural sweetness, which means extra sugar is usually not needed. For the exact composition, check the packaging.
No. This blend is deliberately kept mild and does not turn bitter, not even if the bag stays in the cup a little longer. That makes it a pleasant choice if you often find black tea too strong, or if you do not always finish your cup in time. A longer steeping time does make the tea a little fuller in flavour.
This oil comes into its own in cold preparations. Think of a splash over a salad, over bruschetta, over grilled vegetables or fish. You can also finish pasta and light meat dishes with it at the last moment, so that the fruity aroma is preserved.
The coffee beans of our own brand are roasted on a small scale and every week by a specialist roast master, so the roast date is always recent. That date is on the label of the pack.
Freshly roasted beans still need five to seven days of degassing before they are at their best. On the front of the bag there is a valve that lets those gases escape without letting air in, which is why the bag does not feel vacuum sealed.
