We recommend about 2 grams of loose leaf tea per cup, roughly a level teaspoon. Use water at about 80 degrees and let the tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Boiling water quickly makes green tea bitter, so let your kettle stand for a moment after boiling. Take the leaves out of the water afterwards, otherwise the tea keeps steeping.

NESCAFÉ Original is made from selected robusta beans that are roasted medium to dark.

Robusta gives the coffee body and a spicy, strong flavour. That is exactly the classic NESCAFÉ Original character.

According to the manufacturer, the beans are 100 percent sustainably grown and the jar and the lid are recyclable.

The dark roast is an espresso roast and is therefore intended for espresso, ristretto and cappuccino. It has a full aroma and a slightly sweet, mild taste that gives a good balance in your cup.

There is also a medium roast of the Santa Rosa. A darker roasted bean gives a fuller and more robust cup with less acidity, while a medium roast stays lighter and fresher. You get whole beans in a 1 kilo pack, so you grind them yourself in your bean to cup machine or espresso grinder.

The grind size of the Skerton PLUS is quick to adjust and runs from espresso grind to french press grind. That means you can use it for Aeropress, Hario V60, Chemex and virtually every other brewing method. The conical ceramic burrs give an even grind and do not affect the taste of your coffee.
