The taste is balanced and mild, with a fruity note and a velvety fine, clear crema. The intensity is 6 out of 13, which we classify as regular, and the roast is medium. Dallmayr roasts this coffee in Germany.

The 40 gram bag gives you about 40 cups of tea. This is loose leaf tea, so you need a tea strainer, tea filter or a teapot with a filter. Store the bag dry, dark and tightly closed.

The catch container of the Skerton PLUS holds 100 grams of ground coffee. At around 5 to 8 grams per cup of filter coffee that is more than enough for a full pot. A lid is included so you can close the container if you want to keep the ground coffee for a while.

55 percent is a lot for a bar that is sold as milk chocolate. You clearly taste the cocoa and the bar is less sweet than an ordinary milk chocolate bar.

This coffee is Fairtrade certified and carries the European organic label with the code NL-BIO-01. Fairtrade stands for fair trading conditions and a minimum price for the farmers.

NL-BIO-01 is the code of the body that monitors organic certification in the Netherlands. The addition non-EU agriculture indicates that the coffee was grown outside the European Union, in this case in Honduras.

Compare the part numbers CR72-006A and CR72-007A with the parts list in the manual of your Gene Cafe roaster. If those numbers are listed, this is the right set.
