The Illy Monoarabica series consists of of many different blends of arabica coffee beans. These beans are traditionally and expertly roasted in the Illy roastery locaterd in Trieste, Italy. These coffee beans have a very distinctive taste that is one of the main characteristic for the climate. The area factors and cultivating process are all done traditionally in the country of origin.
