How to make it

Put one to two teaspoons in a cup, pour on hot water at around 80 to 90 °C and stir. No machine, no filter, nothing to clean. One teaspoon gives a lighter cup, two a fuller one.

It works cold too: mix it with cold water and ice for a quick iced coffee. It is also handy in desserts such as tiramisu or coffee cake.
