What Cafetto EVO does

Every shot leaves a trace of coffee oil behind in the brew group, and that residue goes stale long before you can see it. It is the usual reason a well-kept machine slowly starts pulling bitter shots. Cafetto EVO is a cleaning powder made for that job: it lifts the oils and the stained build-up off the group head, the shower screen and the filter basket, dissolves quickly and rinses clear without leaving a taste of its own behind.

Dosing and use

The jar comes with a measuring spoon, and one level spoon is roughly 4 g — the dose for a single brew group. Run the cleaning cycle your machine calls for, then rinse the group through properly so no powder is left in it. The quick-dissolving formula matters here, because a cleaning cycle gives the powder only seconds of contact time.

What is in the jar
