Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to various countries within the EU. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, or other continents.
Can I receive an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes, this is possible both without an account and with a business account.
Can my invoice be sent to a different email address?
Yes, that is possible. Set it yourself in your account under "Account Information" > "Email address for invoices". That address only receives a copy of the invoice; the invoice is always sent to your account email address as well.
Why is there no VAT on my invoice?
This is because the VAT is reverse-charged. This only applies to orders outside the Netherlands and within the EU.
The website indicates that the payment has failed, but the amount has been debited. What now?
The amount will be refunded automatically. If it is still not back in your account after a few working days, you can contact customer service.
Why does the price at checkout differ from the product page?
Usually the VAT rate, shipping costs or a volume discount. Excise duty only applies to deliveries to Belgium and Germany, not to Ireland.
I’m receiving a reminder to complete my payment, but I’ve already paid. Is this correct?

What is a French press?
A French press is a brewing method in which coarsely ground coffee steeps directly in hot water. After steeping, you press the coffee down with a metal filter.
Which grind do you use for French press coffee?
For a French press, use a coarse grind. This prevents coffee grounds from passing through the filter and stops the coffee from becoming bitter.
How much coffee do you need for a French press?
A good ratio is 60 grams of coffee per litre of water. For one 250 ml cup, use about 15 grams of coffee.
What is the correct water temperature for a French press?
The ideal water temperature is between 92 and 96 degrees. So let freshly boiled water cool for a moment before using it.
How long should French press coffee brew?
Allow the coffee to brew for about 4 minutes. Then press the plunger down slowly and evenly.
Why does my French press coffee taste bitter?
This is often caused by grinding too finely, brewing for too long, or using water that is too hot. By adjusting one of these factors, the taste will become milder.
