Caffé Crema Classico, produced in Italy by Kimbo, is for people who like a full cup of coffee that doesn't sit heavy. Arabica brings the aroma, Robusta adds body and a bit of backbone, and the roast is light. The result is soft rather than sharp. On our scale it sits at 7 out of 13: enough character to notice, without the punch of a dark roast.

Flavour

The first impression is a gentle sweetness of caramel and nuts, with chocolate underneath and a light spiciness on the finish. There are hints of toasted bread and almond too, and bitterness never takes over.
