Gorilla Crema No.1 is a medium-roasted espresso blend made only from arabica beans, giving a mild, balanced cup with a stable crema. The black 1 kg bag carries ‘100% ARABICA’, together with ‘medium strong’ and ‘medium roast’.
Highland arabica from Central and South America
Gorilla Crema No.1 is a blend of highland arabica coffees from Central and South America. The beans are roasted gently in a traditional drum roaster, and according to Joerges that gentle roast is what makes this blend particularly mild.
